4th Paris Spring Corporate Finance Conference
Paris, May 30-June 1, 2012 - Call for Participants
In conjunction with the 4th Paris Spring Corporate Finance Conference. HEC Paris and Université Paris-Dauphine are organizing a one-day Ph.D. Workshop in Corporate Finance. Interested Ph.D. students are invited to apply. The Ph.D. Workshop and the Paris Spring Corporate Finance Conference are organized under the sponsorship of FBF, the French Banking Association.
Ph.D. Workshop in Corporate Finance
The one-day Ph.D. Workshop, will be held on Wednesday, May 30 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is comprised of two three-hour lectures:

Application Procedure
Ph.D. students with an interest in corporate finance are invited to apply, but attendance to the workshop is open to selected Ph.D. students only. Selected participants will also be invited to attend the 4th Paris Spring Corporate Finance Conference. Participation in the workshop and the conference will be free of charge for selected Ph.D. students, but participants are in charge of their travel and lodging.

4th Paris Spring Corporate Finance Conference
The 4th Paris Spring Corporate Finance Conference Paris, The conference will be held on May 31-June 1, 2012 at the headquarters of FBF, the French Banking Association, in downtown Paris. The conference is co-sponsored by The Review of Financial Studies under its dual submission procedure. The conference program as well as further conference details are available online under http://www.pariscorporatefinance.fr. Participation in the conference is by invitation only; academics interested in receiving an invitation to the conference should send an email to contact@pariscorporatefinance.fr
